Glimerin Hotel Terms and Conditions
- Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is 3:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
- Booking and Cancellation Policy: Reservations must be guaranteed with a valid credit card at the time of booking. Cancellations must be made 24 hours prior to the arrival date to avoid a penalty charge of one night’s room rate.
- Payment: Payment for room charges, taxes, and any additional fees must be made upon check-out. We accept credit cards, cash, and traveler’s checks.
- Room Occupancy: The maximum occupancy for each room type is specified at the time of booking. Additional guests may be accommodated for an extra fee. Guests must be at least 18 years old to check-in.
- Smoking Policy: Smoking is strictly prohibited in all guest rooms and indoor public areas. A cleaning fee will be charged to guests who violate this policy.
- Damage to Property: Guests are responsible for any damage to hotel property or items in the room during their stay. Charges for damage will be applied to the guest’s credit card.
- Pets: Pets are not allowed at the hotel, with the exception of service animals. Guests with service animals must inform the hotel in advance.
- Noise and Disturbances: Guests are expected to respect the quiet enjoyment of other guests. Excessive noise or disturbances may result in eviction from the hotel without a refund.
- Liability: The hotel is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal belongings during the guest’s stay. Guests are encouraged to use the in-room safe for valuables.
- Amenities and Services: The hotel reserves the right to change or discontinue amenities and services at any time without prior notice. Any complaints or issues should be addressed to the front desk immediately.
